Pamojah is in closed beta. The sign up screen tells you whether you need an invite code. If it does, ask a friend on Pamojah for their code and enter it at the top of the form.
Steps
Ask a friend on Pamojah for their invite code or invite link. A code looks like XXXX-XXXX.
Open Pamojah. Under the Log In button, tap Sign Up.
Type the code in the Invite code field. Any case works, with or without the dash. You can also paste the whole invite link, and Pamojah keeps just the code.
Enter your email, a username and a password of at least 8 characters.
Set your birthdate. You must be at least 13 years old to join Pamojah.
Answer What brings you to Pamojah? by choosing Watch & Discover, Create Content or Both.
Pick some interests if you like.
Tap Create Account.
Good to know
When the field reads Invite code (optional), you can usually sign up without a code. If Pamojah still needs one, it says "An invite code is required to join the beta." under the field.
If a code is wrong, used up or no longer active, Pamojah says "That invite code isn't valid." It does not say which. Ask your friend for a new code.
If the email or username is already in use, Pamojah says "Email or username already taken".
An invite link is pamojah.com/i/ followed by the code. On an iPhone with Pamojah installed, tapping the link can open the sign up screen with the code filled in. If you are already signed in, Pamojah shows "You're already on Pamojah." instead.
Without the app, the link opens a page that shows the code and tells you to get the app first. If the code is no longer valid, that page says "This invite isn't valid." Ask your friend for a new code.
After you create your account, Pamojah shows a short How Pamojah Works screen. Tap Skip or Get Started to go into the app. See What makes Pamojah different.
Once you are in, you get your own code to share. Find it under Settings > Account > Invite friends, or in the menu at the top right of your Profile. The screen shows how many of your 5 invites are left, with Share invite and Copy code buttons. When all 5 are used, it says "You've used all your invites." and the buttons are gone.
Pamojah does not show you who joined with your code. Your code stops working while your account is paused or waiting to be deleted.
